Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Nevada is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and deliver personalized service that aligns with the KE E P values. You will verify reservations, register guests, manage payments, and explain member benefits, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include cashiering, posting charges, handling gift certificate sales, and assisting guests with information about local attractions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a front desk agent, reservations or hotel cashiering experience preferred.
• Must be guest oriented and have excellent customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills essential as majority of work time is spent interacting with hotel guests and staff.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
• Minimum age requirement is 18.

Responsabilités

• Verify reservation information, register guests, and secure payment upon arrival.
• Orientate guests to the hotel, provide general information, and respond to inquiries as requested.
• Maintain a cash bank and ensure accurate processing of cashier transactions and daily deposits.
• Post guest charges to established hotel accounts.
• Perform cashiering functions including cash and credit card settlements.
• Handle sales and redemption of hotel gift certificates.
• Process new card accounts, produce cards, and distribute brochures to registered guests only.
• Explain the player rating system and card benefits to hotel guests.
