• Accurate cash handling and balance of bank deposits.
• Good written and spoken English for guest interactions and admin duties.
• Ability to interpret hotel reports and manage routine front-office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
• Represent the hotel professionally and handle guest issues promptly.
• Maintain front desk operations and safety standards.
