Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
• Promptly and effectively address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism
• Be knowledgeable of hotel brand programs and travel offers
• Communicate effectively with various departments and management about guest comments
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
• Maintain knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
