Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team at our Boston Westwood location. The role is part-time and involves welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/out, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will handle guest inquiries, coordinate amenities, and maintain a smooth front desk operation while upholding SHG’s service culture and high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Maintain cash handling and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest PPI data according to procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklists and collect IDs and payment methods.
