Stonebridge is seeking a Guest Service Agent at Residence Inn Needham, MA to ensure smooth check-in and check-out, maintain guest records, and deliver outstanding service at the front desk.

The role supports hotel operations, handles inquiries, payments, and reservations, and requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience in hotel front desk and proficiency with PMS and basic office software will help you succeed in this non-exempt, multi-status position.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate room availability and guest records in PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and provide change.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
• Make and confirm reservations; answer service inquiries.
• Post charges to ledgers; transmit guest messages.
