Job summary

The Dillard House Front Desk Representatives greet and register guests, provide outstanding guest service during their stay, and settle accounts upon departure. You will register guests, make and modify reservations, act as resort operator, and perform concierge duties to ensure a smooth experience.

Respond to guest inquiries, offer local information, coordinate dining, transportation and tours, and promote hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience and guest service skills preferred.
• Ability to handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and process payments.
• Handle reservations, calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Provide local information and assist with dining, transportation, and tour arrangements.
• Maintain accurate guest records and perform shift reports.
• Ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly and courteously.
• Promote hotel services using suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
• Follow service standards, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with front desk operations, including PBX and reservationist duties as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment through professional communication and attention to detail.
