Job summary

Carowinds is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Springhill Suites to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests visiting the Carolinas. You will handle registration, manage guest services, and sell park tickets, all while upholding Marriott’s guest recovery process.

Positions are open to those 18 or older. Perks include free park admission, free guest passes, and employee discounts on food and merchandise. This is an on-site role based in Marvin, NC.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience required.
• Experience with Marriott systems is a plus.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information securely.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration and property management while maintaining proprietary information including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner
• Sell amusement park tickets
• Solve guest related concerns in a positive and professional manner by following Marriott’s guest recovery process
• Maintain property key control
• Stock the Market
• Maintain inviting lobby
• Respond to emergency situations by following hotel protocol. Facilitate fire and life safety procedures
