Midas Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to join our hotel team. You will create exceptional first and last impressions by delivering outstanding service during check-in, stay, and check-out, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Check-in/check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist guests with services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
