• Familiarity with hotel PMS and reservation systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including holidays

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments, post charges, and cash handling procedures.
• Respond to guest questions about services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate front desk records, shift reports, and logs.
• Support daily front office operations and report verification.
