Midas Hospitality, LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent/Guest Services Agent to join our hotel team. You will be the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest service during check-in, stay, and check-out, while resolving issues and promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn hotel PMS and manage cash/credit card transactions.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and complete check-in/out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, post charges, and credit card transactions.
