Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English for business communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in revenue goals through up selling and down selling according to occupancy and rates.
• Coordinate daily arrivals and departures including special requests.
• Follow hotel cash handling procedures.
• Keep front office neat and organized and communicate daily activities to appropriate departments.
• Seek guest feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues with management aid.
