Job summary

Indus Hotel Corp in Hilliard, OH seeks a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk to greet guests, handle guest transactions, answer phones, and operate front-office equipment to ensure smooth check-ins.

You will support the Front Office Supervisor, maintain cash handling procedures, coordinate arrivals/departures, and uphold safety and brand standards while delivering excellent guest service. Be prepared to work any shift and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform guest transactions at the front desk.
• Answer phones, assist guests, and operate front office equipment.
• Coordinate daily arrivals/departures and special requests.
• Maintain front desk area neat, manage shift reports and cash drops.
• Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures and escalate issues.
• Work with sales to maximize revenue and unfamiliar with crisis procedures.
