Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm handling guest concerns.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out and assign rooms.
• Answer phones, route calls, and accurately take guest messages.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accuracy of guest records and cash handling.
• Complete front desk paperwork, logs and reports.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and public areas.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep area stocked.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to team.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by GM.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
