Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, manage room assignments, process payments, and resolve issues while maintaining a clean front desk area. Prior hotel or guest services experience is helpful but not required, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends is important.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service (check-ins/check-outs).
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Answer questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the front desk system and process payments.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest requests and elevate concerns when needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
