Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out.
• Register guests and assign rooms.

• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Promote hotel amenities and upsell services where appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
