Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write and perform basic math.
• Clerical skills, ability to follow instructions and memorize tasks.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs and adapt for changes.
• Secure payments and verify/adjust billing as needed.
• Answer phones, maintain cash drawers, and operate office equipment.
• Use hotel reservation system to book and modify guest stays and process payments.
• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating and responding to needs.
• Post and balance room charges to guest accounts.
• Follow safety, security and emergency procedures.
