• Issue room keys and coordinate with bell attendants.
• Review accounts and charges during check-out.
• Post charges to ledgers via systems.
• Transmit and receive guest messages by phone.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Answer inquiries about services and local dining.
