Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative in California to assist guests with check-ins/outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will support smooth front desk operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, manage room assignments, respond to questions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the front desk system and process payments.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest requests and escape concerns when needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
