Qualifications

• Experience with hotel reservations software like OnQ or Opera.
• Customer service experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Assist guests and resolve challenges to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Accurate cash handling and credit card processing.
• Audit and report on cash transactions per policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
