Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to ensure exceptional guest experiences at our resort properties. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and address needs to guarantee satisfaction throughout their stay.

You will coordinate with other departments, manage reservations, process payments, and respond to inquiries and reviews with courteous professionalism. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient and courteous operations of the front desk.
• Check guests in/out, collect balances, post room charges, and handle reservations.
• Answer guest questions about local restaurants and attractions using proper telephone etiquette.
• Make courtesy and follow-up calls to guest issues and send confirmations as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth response to guest requests.
• Process revenue, balance cash drawer, and perform daily post office/banking tasks.
