Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations or hotel front desk experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a guest-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professional courtesy
• Assist with check-in/check-out and escort as needed
• Answer guest questions and provide information about local attractions
• Handle cash and banking duties according to policy
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Protect guest PII and follow proper data handling procedures
• Support lobby activation and other duties as needed
