Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, manage front desk duties, and support a high-standard hospitality experience. You will assist VIP guests, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a commitment to customer service excellence, with opportunities for growth within SHG’s portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive and provides personal recognition.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank; count bank at start/end of shift and report cash over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
