Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and provide information on hotel amenities. You will upsell services and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction while following brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred; appearance and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college experience preferred.
• Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, rates, and services.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize revenue.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Maintain brand standards and professional appearance.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
