Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist with registration.
• Register guests into the computer and verify reservations, address, and payment details.
• Handle check-out and cashiering duties with accuracy.
• Promote the Marriott BONVOY Program and communicate tier benefits.
• Answer calls promptly and transfer to appropriate departments.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure guest requests are entered and confirmed in the system.
