Extended Stay America, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, check them in and out, answer phones, and handle payments.

The role supports breakfast service and maintains a clean, organized front desk and lobby in line with ESA standards. The position requires friendly, efficient service, strong problem-solving for guest requests, and accurate daily paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process front office daily paperwork and uphold safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process.
• Maintain breakfast display and front desk area.
• Upsell ESA services and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Gather guest information and identify sales leads.
• Ensure property tours maintain brand standards.
