Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a friendly front desk/guest services associate to help create an excellent and memorable stay for our guests. You will welcome and serve each guest with exceptional service either in person or by phone, and you will help ensure guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, punctual service, and a positive, can-do attitude. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Regularly talk, hear and interact with guests.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
