Qualificações

• Experience in hotel front office operations preferred.
• Proficiency in English; bilingualism is an asset.
• Strong guest service orientation with empathy and creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome.
• Check in/out and update reservations and guest profiles to 100% accuracy.
• Issue keys securely while protecting guest privacy.
• Settle guest accounts following service standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities in an informative way.
• Drive revenue through room upsells and cross-promotions.
• Create reservations for desk or after-hours calls.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to Supervisor as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
