Job summary

FirstService Residential in Atlanta is seeking an onsite supervisor with strong leadership, communication, and time management skills to deliver high quality service to residents and guests.

The role requires readiness to cover flexible shifts, on-call emergencies, and adherence to safety and access control procedures; you will use MS Office and coordinate with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vacation, sick time, leave of absence, and last-minute shift assistance coverage.
• Adheres to company policy in all assigned Properties.
• Maintain a reliable form of transportation and communication.
• Follow dress code policy and display badges at all times.
• Maintain neat and safe work areas; report safety issues to the Property Manager.
