Job summary

PickleRage New Rochelle is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Associate to be the first friendly face for guests, handle check-ins, reservations, and memberships. You will process payments and assist with events, creating a welcoming community and smooth operations at our Westchester facility.

The role offers flexible scheduling in a high-energy environment with opportunities for growth as the facility expands. Previous pickleball exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality, fitness, retail or sports facilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with POS systems and booking software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Pickleball experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Manage court reservations, member check-ins, and program registrations.
• Process payments for memberships, retail, events, and food & beverage.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Assist with league nights, tournaments, and special events.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Promote memberships, clinics, and upcoming programs.
• Support management with daily operational tasks.
