- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with a positive attitude.
- Check players in and assist with court reservations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to member questions.
- Help new members understand club programs and memberships.
- Support leagues, clinics, and club events.
- Keep the front desk organized and ensure a great member experience.
