Job summary

SPORTIME Pickleball Armonk is seeking a part-time front desk associate to oversee front desk operations, assist members and prospects, and ensure a 5-star experience both in person and on the phone. The role requires strong guest service, reliability, and familiarity with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities include managing court reservations, handling messages, and supporting nightly closing procedures, with benefits like complimentary membership access and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent guest service skills
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications
• Ability to listen and understand information
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Maintain confidentiality
• Develop cooperative working relationships with others

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and assist members and prospects on the phone and in person
• Greet members to ensure 5 Star member experience
• Maintain 5 star rapport with members and guests
• Operate Scheduler, POS, and related systems (APTUS)
• Handle telephone messages and voicemail professionally
• Ensure nightly closing procedures are followed
• Manage towel supply and restock as needed
• Maintain neat, stocked work area for efficiency
• Make courtesy calls and balance due
• Schedule court reservations and private lessons
• Complete daily reports and special projects as assigned
