StayAPT Suites North Little Rock is actively seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, issue room keys, and handle inquiries with a warm, efficient approach.

This role blends guest service with light administrative responsibilities, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills while supporting housekeeping as needed for a smooth guest experience. Weekend and rotating shifts are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, handle phone inquiries, process payments, and resolve guest issues.
• Housekeeping & Cleaning: Clean and turn over guest rooms, manage laundry, and maintain common areas as required by the property's daily needs.
• Operations Support: Coordinate with management and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction.
