You will balance cash at the end of shifts, manage check-ins/outs, operate the hotel switchboard, and provide guests with information about amenities and local directions to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required; all experience levels welcome.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash at end of shift and generate accounting reports for the next shift.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and directions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to minimize out-of-order rooms.
