Responsibilities include handling check-ins/outs, responding to guest requests, and operating the front desk system. The role requires strong English communication, flexibility with weekends/holidays, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality/Hotels degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in guest service and cash handling is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests from check-in to checkout.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Respond to guest requests, problems and complaints with care and urgency.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and local area.
• Ensure delivery of packages and messages; operate front desk systems.
• Maintain front office area neat, organized and compliant with policies.
