Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
• Issue room keys and provide escort instructions when needed
• Handle mail and messages and operate switchboard
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes
• Assist with reservations and confirmations for guests
• Coordinate with other front office and hotel departments
• Follow hotel policies and procedures
