Job summary

Beyond Podiatry is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Livonia, MI office. You will welcome guests, greet visitors and ensure a warm, professional front-desk experience. You will coordinate front-desk activities, distribute correspondence, redirect calls, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

Occasional travel between our locations may be required. We value clear communication, organization and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Multitasking and time-management with ability to prioritize tasks.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Insurance knowledge preferred.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
