Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/out with professionalism. You will handle room assignments, verify payments, and promote hotel services to create a memorable stay.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/evening availability may be needed, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year guest service experience in hotel hospitality.
• Experience with Property Management System, Opera preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms per guest preferences and requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information per hotel policy.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay informed about events, groups, and banquet orders.
• Handle check-out procedures and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of Front Desk and lobby area.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism and prioritize safety.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to varying schedules.
• Attend all mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
