Job summary

Loews Coral Gables Hotel is seeking a warm Front Office Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and deliver memorable service at our AAA Four-Diamond property near Miracle Mile.

Greet guests, assign rooms, verify payments, promote hotel services and local attractions, respond to inquiries, and maintain a polished lobby and front desk. The ideal candidate has at least one year of guest service experience and flexibility to work weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience preferred.
• Experience with a Property Management System (Opera) preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms meeting guest preferences.
• Obtain and verify payment information.
• Promote hotel services and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism and safety.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and follow schedules.
