Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service professional to anticipate guest needs, process check-ins/outs, and assist with reservations and requests while upholding high service standards. You will contribute to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment, requiring a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of guest service experience in hospitality; weekends and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer-focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest service: assist guests, process check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, handle special requests.
• Financial results and cost control: maximize room revenues, monitor availability, follow policies, up-sell rooms.
• Self/workload management: plan, organize, and prioritize work duties; attend required meetings.
• Safety/risk management: maintain a clean and safe work area; follow procedures and know hotel emergency procedures.
