Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport seeks an experienced Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This role requires open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with part-time hours up to 30 per week. English fluency and a high school diploma are preferred; benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discount, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a Marriott brand hotel atmosphere preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while providing accurate information about facilities.
• Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, and protect guest information.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and stay informed about front office operations.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently and address hazards and safety protocols.
