Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa seeks a proactive Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and offer local recommendations. You will help ensure a seamless stay with accurate billing and effective communication across departments in a fast-paced resort environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a friendly, guest-first attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support our vibrant Orlando property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills with guests; bilingual a plus.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn hotel software.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in customer service is preferred; knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Handle efficient check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests for a seamless stay.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with reservations and answering phone calls.
