Residence Inn Denver Airport/Convention Center is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the Denver, Colorado location. The role supports arrivals through departures with a friendly, professional approach during every guest interaction.

The position requires flexibility for AM, PM, and Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
• Answer incoming calls and provide hotel information
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and help resolve issues
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow hotel and Marriott standards and procedures
• Complete other front desk duties as assigned

Qualifications:
