Job summary

AC by Marriott Downtown Orlando is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to deliver service excellence to guests at the Orlando property. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and resolve guest issues while following Kolter Hospitality standards and procedures.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to work weekends, basic computer and reservation system skills, and a commitment to safety and courtesy in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate all guest requests.
• Inform guests of hotel services, features and room amenities.
• Welcome the guest by name whenever possible.
• Follow the hotel’s rate structures, discounts and sell/upsell strategies.
• Performs cashiering tasks like bill/invoice settlement, posting charges, adjustments, etc.
• Know and carry out specified duties in response to fire alarm, guest medical emergencies and security threats.
• Cancel room reservations according to policy.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
