Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport seeks an experienced Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This role requires open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with part-time hours up to 30 per week. English fluency and a high school diploma are preferred; benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discount, and more.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a Marriott brand hotel atmosphere preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for their beautiful hotel! Compensation is based on experience. Must have open availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Company benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discount, and much more.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Maintain eye contact, use a positive tone, listen actively, and respond appropriately.
• Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities.
• Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promptly address hazards.
• Part-time hours available (up to 30 hours per week).
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience/Education
