- Experience in frontline guest service or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
- Maintain high level of service and hospitality.
- Deal with guest concerns and ensure timely resolution to satisfaction.
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures.
- Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
- Be knowledgeable of hotel programs and promotions.
- Communicate effectively with departments and management about guest feedback.
- Respond quickly to calls and lobby visitors needing assistance.
- Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
