Hourly position with competitive wages and benefits; you will collaborate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and safety, while maintaining accurate cash handling and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with courtesy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with hotel services and guest programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel programs and promotions.
• Communicate guest comments to relevant departments and management.
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing assistance.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
