FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training for our Concord location to lead the front desk team, drive sales performance, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced spa environment.

As a GMIT, you will coach and develop teammates, own daily front desk operations and bookings, promote services and offers, and position yourself for future leadership opportunities within our growing, multi-unit organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive accountability around membership conversion, booking efficiency, and guest experience.
