FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training for Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Gaithersburg, MD. You will own the front desk experience, coach staff to hit sales targets, and support daily operations while preparing for future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
Strong background in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding membership, retail, gift card, and service goals.
