You will record guest preferences, handle cash and credit transactions, maintain safety procedures, and collaborate with team to deliver smooth service. A high school diploma and prior front desk experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Able to handle payments and basic math.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and guests.
• Manage bookings and upsell services.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; maintain security.
