• Keep guest accounts accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and guest-approved.
• Handle payments and reconciliations with confidence.
• Curate a welcoming lobby and stay guest-ready.
• Take on side projects to support operations and guest delight.
